My husband was admitted in November and I was very torn in my decision to have him in LTC. I have been so pleasantly surprised by the great care he is given! The support staff are wonderful from Maintenance to Housekeeping. I would be remiss not to mention Alex and Ashley who take such amazing care of my husband! I am here just about everyday and always greeted by Pam
And his nurse Sabrina is wonderful. She once I am here daily I see the hard work that goes on and the great care taken to make this center the best. Thank you for all you do and easing my mind about my difficult decision. Susan Moore
My mom is there and their aren’t doing their jobs there my mom has been laying in bed for hours and nobody will change her and soon they will get some from a family lawyer and they should be closed down for mistreatment and not checking on the people sitting on their butts and on iPhone just playing around just to make a pay check
My mother has been at Liberty Commons in the Rehabilitation wing for 30 days and has had a great experience. The PT and OT have helped her so much with essential needs. The Nurses and CNA’s are very knowledgeable and compassionate and have just been so supportive!
Short stay for rehabilitation after total hip replacement. Nicely decorated place. Private room with a lift chair and a refrigerator. Friendly staff. Recommended.
My Dad has been a resident at Liberty Commons since Nov 2024 and both he and our family have had such a positive experience! He was previously at another facility and we were not happy with his stay so we were wondering if we had made the right decision in moving him to another facility. Pam the receptionist is always welcoming and quick to help, Amanda the patient coordinator who also drives the bus is so nice and careful with my Dad, Sabrina has been so helpful and communicative. Ashley and Alex on his floor make him laugh, are both so gentle and caring and are such hard workers! Both are aware of everything and really have my Dad’s best interest in mind.
