Van that was supposed to have been scheduled to take my sister to take her to the Dr was not scheduled by the person at the facility. Glad I got there early enough to transport her myself to the Dr. Very disappointed with the facility. Also carpet in common areas was soiled in numerous places.
I have moved into the Luxe at Jupiter. I moved from north Florida and before my move I had excellent communication with Irma and she was very helpful in a smooth move to my lovely new apartment!
So sad to say this place will not service your loved one or take care of them in the way that you will want. No one responds to calls for assistance for at least a half an hour, even if you’ve fallen. The meals they serve the same thing repeatedly and very unhealthy. your loved one get the services that they need and beg for assistance. So sad to see this for our seniors and so unnecessary.
