From the moment of contact with Intake Coordinator Aaron, I felt a “Sincere” Compassion and “Exceptional” Interest in providing the best and highest standard of care for my 94+ yo Mom who is a fall risk, and needs much care/assistance with her activities of daily living.
Rehoboth Care Agency worked directly with me and MLTC to get my Mom set up for at home services ASAP.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I hired them to start on Monday at 11:00 sat waiting for the nurse and aide to show up. Finally at 11:30 I called and left a message to find out where they were. I get a call back that ooops sorry no one’s coming can we start tomorrow? Are you kidding me! Then I agree to give them a second chance( stupid on my part!) and I get a call from some woman who is giving me TOTALLY different information about the hrs and what they will do! I can not tell you what a HORRIBLY run place that is!!

I tried to call and transfer my mom’s case to this agency and the woman answering the phone was very abrasive. Her name was Marie. I asked to speak to the coordinator to get an idea of what a particular aide was like since she would be taking care of my mother in her home. Marie’s sarcastic and curt demeanor spoke volumes about the agency. Whomever is on your front lines, in this case the person answering the phone, is a direct representation and reflection of your agency and respective cannon of ethics.
I welcome someone from their leadership to reach out as that there’s definitely an opportunity for improvement in customer service and professionalism. Somewhere along the way, as a home care agency who is charged with taking care of people who are not able to take care if themselves, you’ve shamefully lost your humanity.
