As a new tenant in a new building, everything is being done for the first time (running the hot water, turning on certain lights, using the community washing machines etc). This means that there can be some stops and starts and issues that need to be attended to. I have to say that Shiva Luitel the property manager has been very responsive and amazingly accessible, his open door policy and immediate action have been very reassuring.
Every issue has been dealt with in swift response. This is vastly different from the property we moved here from.
It is a marvelous property with exceptional management. I would also like to put in a good word for Raymond who works maintenance, he easily fixed a problem that the plumber couldn’t , he was polite and respectful and of good cheer.
It’s wonderful to be at such a beautiful property and to feel so supported by the staff at Vista Woods.

Shiva assisted my Mother from beginning to end on the process to move into Vista Woods. The process was smooth thanks to his follow ups and navigation throughout the entire application process. Once the application was approved, he kept my Mother in the loop and was there to receive her when the move-in date was reached.
