A wonderful place to live. The management and staff work very hard to comfort us but the facility needs more help!
A friend of mine moved into this very expensive resort type facility. He was met with very unfriendly staff esp at the front desk. Where he said the front desk lady ignores everybody. He mentioned very poor customer service from maintenance, front desk, kitchen and parking garage. Stated none of the staff were willing to help him figure out how the place runs or assist in getting him breakfast as he arrived at a little before 8am because all the food was gone. It seems they ruse the elderly to get them in at thousands of dollars and do not offer anything they advertise esp during one if the most stressful times in anyones life; moving. I feel they think once the very large move in deposit is paid they feel the residents cant leave or maybe they treat them bad so they can evict them and keep the large deposit. All I can say is if your loved one moves here keep very close contact and believe what they say. No stars.
The amenities are clean and organized, the decorations are beautiful. The atmosphere seemed very safe and secure.
I visited my grandpa early for the holidays and let me tell you what. To keep it short and simple, I am so incredibly happy that my grandpa is living here. It makes me feel at peace knowing he’s well taken care of in such an amazing establishment. 11/10 no questions asked.
