I work with a local hospice agency and spend ALOT of time in this facility. It is by far one of if not THE best in town. The whole staff is compassionate and always so attentive to their residents. It doesn’t matter if it’s “their” patient, they really treat the resident like they’re at home. I play bingo with the residents and it warms my heart when I see the crew come help, rub backs and ALWAYS have a positive attitude. We have also sent some of our patients there for respite care and the feedback is always positive. I visited with one of our families during their stay and the staff would come in not only to check on the patient but also the family , to meet their needs, to assure they’re comfortable during their stay. I would trust them with my family’s care.

I love this facility. They are taking great care of my brother. The HR Department is awesome. They care so much about the wellbeing of everyone there, from the residents to all the staff members. As well, HR ensures that guests and family members are well informed. Then there’s the therapy department. They’re so skilled in their work with the residents, and you see residents improving. Dietary and laundry are awesome, and Housekeeping takes great pride in the cleanliness there. The receptionist is like a breath of fresh air, because she’s so polite and always smiling. Her name is Mischelle. Maintenance stays on top of everything to make sure it all flows like a well-oiled machine. Sometimes I don’t even want to leave.
