The location is fabulous and the facilities are wonderful. They just did not take good care of Mom and Dad when we were not there. When they got sick the head nurse had them going to the hospital before we were informed. Long story short: they don’t want to bother with anybody that is not healthy.
Always friendly! Always clean and smells clean!
The building was great but it seems that some of the assistance personal seemed to be lacking
