My experience at Woodland Springs the staff is friendly and the DON is very professional when addressing my question. The facility very clean and very warmth with decorations very well put together for the patient and anyone that’s visiting is so enlightening. I enjoyed my visit. Blessing to the residents and staff.
I don’t have any really great to say ,but I can say my mom doesn’t stink ,but she is always wet and smells like urine, and she never listen to her radio because every time I come it’s always off…and a lot of times when I call to check on her I get no answer . I wasn’t able to make another review because the same old review is still up here so I’ll just make a review on this old one I’m so pleased to say that my mom was looking really well and she’s speaking a lot more smiling the ladies have her looking really really good every time I come even though I’m not able to see her as often as I would like to ,when I do come it’s very exceptional so thanks to woodland springs nursing center, for doing the best job that they can with my mother.
