The Rose Residential Care Home offers a “homey” atmosphere for people needing assistance in performing the basic functions of daily living. It’s an alternative to the large, corporation-owned multi “apartments” facilities that come to mind when one thinks of Assisted Living. The Rose also offers short term respite stays for caregivers. As my wife’s caregiver for the past 4 years, I needed such a respite; a place where SHE could get the care she needed and I could get some rest. The two days we spent at The Rose fulfilled both goals. The entire staff did everything humanly possible to accommodate us, even serving us a private “candlelight” dinner in honor of our 56th anniversary. If you want the services of a large Assisted Living facility but want it in a smaller, more intimate setting, The Rose definitely is worth considering. Marvin M.

I have been very pleased with The Rose Residential Care Home. A lady in my care would have been roaming the streets if it hadn’t been for Shronica Holmes permitting her to stay at The Rose Residential Care Home until I could get her finances straightened out. The entire staff has patiently worked with my Ward and accommodated her many idiosyncrasies. They take her to doctor appointments and have cared for her well. Double thumbs up!!
