Easily one of the best places to rent in Odessa. I’ve been here 3 years and it’s hard to beat the location, price, staff, and amenities. Anytime something’s come up, Valarie—the property manager—has always looked out and made sure it gets handled.

Ive been at briarwood for almost 2 years and i can honestly say this is a wonderful place to call home the layout is beautiful and its cozy. Everyone is very warm and welcoming, also the manger and maintenance is amazing you can definitely tell they care about the apartments and the residents living here they are always happy to help. If you are looking for a place to call home id definitely recommend it.

Ive been here almost a year and the manager valerie has been exceptional in everything that i’ve needed for my apartment since i’ve been here, she is a very prompt person and gets back to you with anything you need to get fixed…. My hats off to her and her team!!

I currently live at Briarwood apartments.And I love it.Miss Valerie is awesome.If we have any issue or any concearn I can.
Go to her anytime and she resolves it With a smile on her face. Very happy living here
