I am very annoyed by the selling of various items. The population here is somewhat vulnerable and sometimes a bit gullible. I don’t think a counter set up to sell Mary Kay should be allowed. I don’t think flyers should be set out to sell beds. And that was just during my one visit today.
I have worked in assisted living, independent living, and nursing homes and this would NEVER have been allowed.
I sincerely hope that this stops. It’s not right.
We are so grateful for the care our Mom receives at Orchard Pointe in Memory care. Everyone is professional, compassionate and so conscientious. Any time we need help or have suggestions the Leaders listen and respond. Also – believe everything you read about how EXCELLENT the food is!! Highly recommend!
