First, I would like to thank the scheduler Mia for answering questions regarding why my 90 year-old mother-in-law’s service had not restarted after the nurse was informed on Saturday that she was home. When the nurse did not respond, I called to see if the HMO authorization was renewed. I was then transferred to the scheduler. Their system still had my MIL as if she was still in the hospital or rather she was not placed back into the schedule rotation. Five days later no communication which also means a full week with no physical therapy. Hopefully, we will be back on schedule Monday (3/3/25) and physical therapy will resume. Because Mia assisted with providing information, I have given them 3 stars.
They did a great job Assisting with my mom- Vanessa the community liaison guided us- great communication.
Not a fan at all. Unfortunately, they are extremely nonresponsive. I’m calling for updates and no one with any information can get on the phone. Promises of returned calls but nothing. It appear the staff and/or leadership are unconcerned when it comes to patient care and responsiveness. I’ve experienced only two individuals that were helpful all last year.
So my mom was supposed to have a RN and physical therapist come out once a week from November to mid January. They did good at first then come November 26th was the last time the RN came and December 4th was the last time a physical therapist came out. No one has called or showed up since. My mom is 75 she fell and broke her femar I would give them a zero rating since there has. Come on is this the care our elderly get. Very disgusted and disappointed.
Physical therapy is wonderful. I have been making great strength since my complete shoulder replacement surgery.
Nursing is also very good and meets my needs.
