I would suggest taking your family else where as I’ve seen personally and heard other residents being left in there pee over night and never coming to be checked on or ignored even after calling a nurse. The administrator also took over 7 weeks to get internet access back to patients which seems unorganized over a simple thing but wasn’t high on his priority list among other things. I will be recommending anyone I know to steer clear, there is nice employees there that care thankfully but most will be leaving or probably getting fired.
I’m sure they will reply to this with a cliche response to try to cover themselves but trust me, go else where with your family member, even the staff ain’t happy working for the administrator, he smells and needs better hygiene among many other improvements, he will gladly pose for pics though on the facebook page and come outside for public events to appear to be interactive but other then that no interaction with patients at all really when no one is watching or it not being beneficial, just a business too him.
My friend’s dad is deaf and no one knows Sign Language. So they make him write everything down he is 86 years old so hi hand writing isn’t good at all he hits the call light and they turn it off on him. They don’t come check on him at all. It should be a requirement that everyone knows Sign Language. He would tell them he needs to be changed and they don’t understand him so he just sitting in his own urine
This place is horrible especially for patients they will refuse your love one help, night shift nurse is rude and messy.my suggestion is if your family member experience rude and no help call 911 and press charges for negligence neglect,If you don’t want the job stop expecting these jobs they already need help not abuse The nurses refused to give their name and do not want to be accountable for their actions.I just wish my sister could remember her name begin had made it there.
This facility is fantastic! They take excellent care of their patients. Their rehab team is very thorough. The staff is extremely friendly and they’re always doing fun community activities for residents. I would put my parents in here again and again!
All staff are friendly and accommodating. Cheney is always front and center when any need arrives. Always accessible. And conscientious of our needs. Top notch professional.
