The staff here is wonderful. There are only a few CNA’s that I don’t get along with. The therapy staff is also excellent. You don’t have to wait long when you ring you call button. The staff is pretty prompt . I have been in several facilities and this one serves the best food. I would highly recommend TLCEast to anyone who needs skilled nursing care.
Latasha up front has been very helpful getting my loved ones on Medicaid. Everybody in the facility gets out of bed every day. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly.

My mother is currently there at this place my sister has been trying to go in to talk to my mom to visit my mom today being January 23rd my sister went in to go see her she’s got bruises all over her wrist she was sitting in a wheelchair covered in poop her leg is all bruised. One of the nurses that no longer works there told my sister that my mother was purposely tripped while in physiocare to keep her from walking away she broke her hip. my mom’s clothing she has no clothing to wear her clothing keeps missing she wound up wearing somebody else’s clothing and that facility my mom told my sister she does not like how the nurses touch her the male nurses when she’s given a bath my sister just took photos and my mom has got a bad hole in her face. She has become so weak she can not feed her self. They drop the food off in front of them and walk away. please do not bring any of your loved ones here. We are now in the process of filling out paperwork to move her to another place.They sit on there phones and computers all day doing nothing but collect checks.
