Optimum Personal Care Home is an Assisted Living Type B community licensed in Texas, located in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area of Southwest Houston. We provide a wide variety of quality hands-on services and amenities including assisted living, respite care, hospice care, and memory care.
As my mother grew older I used Optimum to provide respite services when I would go on vacation. Each time they took care of my mother well. The older she got she required more care and I had to eventually place her there for an extended period of time. To me their best attribute was that the facility was always clean and never smelled. The caretakers were always attentive to their needs and they would respond quickly as possible. They always had a great attitude and a shout out to the director, Mr. English for being very conscientious about every request. I have to also commend Ms. Julia, Zonia, Rose and the entire staff for their conscientiousness and friendliness as well. My mother passed away but I am pleased that she was at Optimum. I wholeheartedly recommend Optimum Personal Care for anyone seeking an assisted living facility.
This company isn’t good as they’re trying to make it seem on this website. The owner of this company doesn’t help or care about his employees. The only thing the owner care about is money from which the family love ones paying to live in this community . Yes it’s wrong that he only paying people 9 dollars and hour to work here . The morning shift doesnt speak any English at all. They night shift is good but they only have two people at night that speak English. And they made one girl work with another person that doesn’t speak English. I would not just make anything to turn people against this company. So please think before you put your family here they have bugs inside of the building and the resident rooms as well. One time there was a resident inside of one of the employees cars not only the door are Unsecured meaning a resident can Wonder out of the facility. Its Modern slave work they have you doing for only little of pay its not right at all . The med tech some will help and some want there are resident there at this facility that you can not pick up and you will hurt your back but the company and owner doesnt care . I have never in my life seen where a med tech can call the owner and make decisions for an individual and the owner believes it . All together i would never put my love one into this facility at all please think before doing it and yes they might Delete my comment but i am telling the truth. when she told the owner of the company he seem to not care about the resident inside of her car its not what she told me its what i seen and heard. It’s very sad how the employees are treated. Some of the employees will not tell you how they feel because this is the only job that will hire them. Do to the fact some of the employees don’t have papers sad that a owner of a company will treat some people .
The owner (Bobby) has been nothing but accommodating. He will go above and beyond to find a way to get what I need. There has never been a time where I can’t reach Bobby on his phone.. The staff treat you with tremendous respect. My wife had a very difficult time putting me here but knowing that I am well taken care of made it a lot easierl for her. I would have no problem putting one of my family members Into this facility. They make me feel welcome and thar makes my wife comfortable. Thank you optimum Assisted Living!!!
