I had to take my mom out of the memory care place she was in for a multitude but let’s just had I kept there my mom would not be alive today . That’s the gods honest truth . I was referred by my hospice nurse to Hoover where I met Bisi and I told her to the story of my mother and her situation with how far gone she was in her dementia and she was severely malnourished . Bisi showed me her facility and told me being your mom to me and she will eat and sleep and eat and will be clean everyday . So a few days later and I dod make the move and my mom is getting exceptional care at Hoover Memory care . First of all the place is spotless . Every meal is cooked right there and served to the residents from the kitchen and all healthy meals . All the residents are showered and cleaned and their beds and rooms are spotless and sheets changed all the time . My mother has never sat in a dirty diaper as it’s changed immediately and the love and cares the staff show the residents is exactly how you want to see them treated . Bisi runs a tight ship and knows the residents and treats them like and you were standing right there all the time . I have seen no other ran like this and I can finally rest now knowing my mom is being cared for just like as if she was here with me and I was watching her myself . I cant say enough about this place but If you have a family member that needs care and you want them safe and cared for this is the place for them . You have to be careful when choosing because sadly a lot of places tell you what you want to hear and you get moved in and get the shock of a lifetime . Bisi has been a miracle for my mom and true to her word . Sorry for the long review but finding a place for your parent is the most important decision and I had to learn the hard way . Save yourself the battle and learn from my mistake and just go to Hoover Memory Care.
