I must say this is my favorite apartment complex since I moved to Texas in 2018. I moved here in April 2019 and I absolutely love my apartment and maintenance is on point although I haven’t had any major problems in my unit. Anything I need fixed gets done fast. The staff is amazing and have been more than helpful during the pandemic. It’s hard being in a state with no family so any act of kindness from strangers is always appreciated. I’ll definitely be renewing my lease again for the 2nd time but I think I’ll switch to a bigger unit just for a little change of scenery lol oh we have a cute little pond in the back for the people who like taking pictures like me.😁
Update: I just renewed my lease in a different unit!! Finally!!! Yep I’m still here since 2019. I still love my complex!! Although I wish we had elevators especially because it’s exhausting moving from 3rd floor to 3rd floor lol it’s still worth the extra workout. Also the new upgrades are so nice. They had a cute little set up when I moved in which made my day!
UPDATE: Unfortunately due to my mom’s health I had to leave Texas and move back home to Florida. I was able to get a job transfer and it was literally the same day I would have to give notice to vacate. I was scrambling because it was after business hours and I didn’t want to end up paying for rent in two states. The ladies in the office worked with me and accepted my letter. I stayed in this complex pretty much my entire time in Texas and if I come back and I’m not buying a house I will be going right back. I always felt safe and secure. Never saw a single rodent or bug which is major for me because I hate bugs. I really loved living here and I’m sad I had to hit the road so early in the morning and couldn’t tell them goodbye.
We absolutely love our apartment life here @ The Mansions. They keep it clean and tidy here. If something goes wrong (which it rarely does) our apartment team is on it ASAP! Maintenance is really Awesome here and they get the job done first go round. They are so prompt and precise. Our office lady’s are the sweetest and they always have something’s special going on whether it be donuts on Fridays, Chic fil la on fun Holidays, or the Free annual gift wrapping during the Christmas Holiday! This apartment experience has been the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. You can tell they truly appreciate their tenants. Had we known about the Mansions when we first moved to TX in 2018, We would have been here at The Mansions a long time ago! But we are here now and we absolutely love it here

The Massion Sunset Ridge Apartments are very nice.
It has not been uncomfortable for 4 years, and the office staff are very friendly.
The building manager was also very quick and friendly.
The surroundings are clean and quiet, and the neighbors are great.
I have no intention of leaving this place.
