I moved in a month ago. It is a well kept place that reacts quickly to your needs. My new apartment home was in perfect condition when I moved in. I requested a few extra things and they were granted almost immediately. I even asked that a corner that must have been damaged at move out and they fixed it the next day and touched up a few spots around the door. Even more important than that is the atmosphere of love and community. The staff is kind and very competent. Many residents I talk to for the first time say they wish they had moved in earlier. I look forward to many years of joy in my new home!

We moved here one month ago. My background is real estate and my degree is in finance. We wanted to stay in the same area. I visited 15 senior living facilities. I did a budget and a feature.comparison of each. Discovery Village is perfect for us. My wife and I love it here. But the outstanding thing here is the culture here. Not just the employees but every resident will greet you, ask your name, talk to you. You can’t ride the elevator with a stranger.
Sadly, I can’t say enough negative things about the staff at this residence. Multiple family members experienced multiple moments of rudeness and uncalled for unprofessional comments. I don’t understand why you continue to employ these people!? Also, it isn’t ADA compliant, lots of curbs for elderly people to step up and down multiple times but overall, the staff is just rude and not helpful at all.
Wonderful community nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Residents and staff are welcoming and enjoyed taking a tour. I loved all the amenities and social calendar of events and activities. I saw a group of residents return on the bus from shopping. My mom would love this community.
