If there was an option and it allowed for no stars, I would not even give it one star!!!! If there is a bed available in the Belmont, find anyway you can to keep your loved one where they are or pay to keep them in a bed in a hospital. My mother in law was there for 10 days and did not get a shower once, even though we were assured she would get a shower 3 times a week. The floors in the room and bathroom were not cleaned sufficiently. (pieces of trash stayed on floor for days) The nursing staff center was a mess and did not acknowledge us at all while we were waiting with questions. The one star I would give is to the front office or door lady….she was welcoming and very kind. Once you get past the front door and entrance area is completely a different story! Like I said, find a different option if you get a call from insurance or doctors that say they have an open bed available.
I have been to The Belmont several times and the staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. From the receptionist to AJ the social worker to the therapy team. I just can’t say enough good things about The Belmont at Twin Creek
Where are the cafés so full of dirty trays?!?!? This is no place for my Mother
The Belmont is a beautiful facility with an amazing staff. Jody is always available to fix whatever maintenance issues that arise in a timely manner. Rachel the executive director is very involved in the community and is willing to help out with any questions or concerns regarding loved ones who reside in the facility or who are looking to move to the facility. I highly recommend the Belmont facility for long term care or rehabilitation services for loved ones.
