Both of my parents have recently moved in. There are so many wonderful, caring employees working here. Everyone entering their room has a smile. We tried another place and the level of care could not compare to Legacy. We ended up moving them back and we are so glad we did.
My mother was in this horrible place for almost 4 years. They never lived up to our expectations and what they promised they would do for the care of our sweet mother. With the exceptions of a few nurses that were outstanding there. I would never leave a loved one in their care. The administration is horrible and they pretend to listen to your complaints. They don’t care what you think. And the meetings they hold are a joke. It never changes anything. This place is not one I would recommend for anyone
