Like my cousin said same thing everyday. Rude kitchen staff! My aunt and the other patients deserve better. Get better workers that enjoy their job. Horrible food and act like it’s a problem to act for extra items! Also the cnas these past few days have been outstanding!
My mother in law is here. Nurses and aides seem to be alright. No issues so far. However the past few times I’ve been there has been issues with her food/kitchen treatment. Each CNA so far will try to accommodate my in law but the kitchen seems to make it hassle for them. I had personally witnessed a man asking for extra food and the kitchen staff laughing and closing the door on him. Food should be the best part of one’s day! Shame on them! I’m sure it’s not all of them but some of those people are very rude and ignorant.

I would not recommend this place for a loved one. I have a family member in there now. Some of the staff is very rude and not professional.. they really need someone from corporate to come inspect it there as a patient and see how the patients are treated.
