Hospice is the philosophy of caring for individuals diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. Our commitment to our patients and their loved ones is to walk with them during their journey in this life, to comfort them and to focus on the joy of living.
Faith Community Hospice LLC offers hospice care in private homes, assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, and personal care homes. We also provide inpatient care at Liberty-Dayton Hospital and San Jacinto Methodist Hospital.

There are not enough stars to fairly rate Faith Community Hospice and the angels involved in caring for my mother and, honestly, our entire family. Theresa, Priscilla, Janice, Rebecca, Paul, Doris, the nurses who returned our phone calls and the answering service personnel were beyond kind and compassionate. They are our heroes. We did not have a clue about what we were facing when my mother came to live with us but it became clear that we were not at all prepared for the reality of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease. We learned of Faith Community Hospice purely by accident and I am so grateful we did! Because of the beautiful souls of Faith Community Hospice, my mother was comfortable, happy and HOME until she passed away. Because of them, we were not alone and that meant everything.

I just want to say that this group of ladies are the absolute best most caring kindest group of people. When my mom passed in 2017 my world ended so I thought. I sat with a nurse that helped me through the process and I can not express my gratitude for these ladies. I have so much I want to say but the words are not enough. Thank you for helping me and helping my mom on her walk home. ❤️
From the 1st contact with Faith Hospice, our family was treated with care and love. Moms primary nurse, Denise and aid Mary were so compassionate and knowledgeable and worked in unison with our outside caregivers to give mom the BEST care she could receive. Mom had a bad wound, and Denise was so thorough and again knowledgeable in the care and pain management, she made it pretty much pain free for mom.
When mom passed, early, early morning, they were there quickly to finish the care needed before the funeral home picked her up and it was done with much dignity and compassion.
I can’t express enough how much they made an awful situation bearable and their support meant the world to our family. Please consider Faith for the care of your loved one, you will be glad you did.
My father’s care was no more than 29 hours and I couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone who had personal contact with my father were absolutely amazing. In addition to the gentle care…my father was blessed to have prayer with his nurse just hours before he transitioned. Im so thankful that he received such intimate care. 5 stars well deserved.
