  1. I’m not usually the person to leave a 1 star review, but once Evelyn that works the front desk is removed, I’ll happily come back and change my review to a 5. I’ve never felt so disrespected by this one staff member. I’ve been going in for 5 years and have loved all of the staff. Please change the first person you see, and have to deal with as soon as you walk in.

  2. This is a nice facility with terrible management. During my mother’s first two years at the Auberge at Cedar Park, our experience was mostly positive and the staff was great. Things went south when a new director was hired in early 2024. To cut costs, he fired staff or reduced their hours. As a result, the facility was understaffed, especially on weekends. Flood damage went unrepaired for months. The projector in the theater was broken for at least nine months. There were no activities for residents on weekends, so TV was their only entertainment. The salon couldn’t be used because the facility allowed its state license to lapse. Worst of all, the director refused to communicate with the family members of residents. He wouldn’t respond to calls or emails. As a result, many families pulled their loved ones out of the facility in the second half of 2024. That’s why occupancy is so low. When I moved my mother out in September, her wing was less than half full. The director was replaced in October, which is probably good news for the remaining residents, but the real problem seems to be the owner of the facility, Frontier Senior Living. They did nothing while the facility was being mismanaged, despite the complaints of customers and staff. My mother has late stage dementia. The last thing I wanted to do was to move her to a new facility, but Frontier gave me no choice. I worried about her health and safety while she was living at the Auberge.

  3. This is a company where I would not take my “Loved Ones” . They’re always understaffed and they do not like when you are the voice for the resident and report things that aren’t right , if you do they will not hesitate to fire you !
