The new maintenance guy they just hired is such a hard worker. Glad they hired him. He smiles all the time and keeps the property very clean.
My mother has lived at this property for 5 years and she feels safe, the property is clean, and the staff is nice. Glad she lives there and close to me and our family.
The administration in this place is basically a ghost, you will have a very hard time getting a live person on the phone. Receiving a return call will not happen. Maintenance is aware the A/C units leak and need maintenance, yet they come only when they have already caused flooding. The A/C’s are not on any type of scheduled maintenance. I sent 3 emails regarding a mold situation and NEVER got a call or email back and it has been over a month. Please see the pictures attached and decide for yourself if this is where you want your loved ones to live, or where you want to live. The black mold has gotten everyone in the apt sick with constant allergies, coughing and pulmonary issues. Worse place to live. We will be moving out.
Love this location and the staff are professional and nice. Can’t wait for the holiday parties. They do the best holiday functions and the property is so clean and well kept!
