I had this rude lady come in and she had no customer service and should be fired or written up. I don’t know her name but I just needed bug spray and she could of handled her stress better. I don’t recommend going here because of her. She worked around this time and she needs to be written up.
The administration and nursing staff are amazing they have been taking really good care of my mom and making sure she has what she needs and is comfortable….the PT staff as well is very attentive and make sure she does what she needs to in order to progress …. Now the Dr on the other hand is a joke he shows up once a week can tell he doesn’t care at all about the patients just makes an appearance and leaves … God forbid he makes himself available for the family to talk to him about their loved one …
This place is trash. They didn’t even know my mother in law was there. Day shift stuck her in a empty room with dirty sheets on the bed, no blanket nothing to keep her from falling. Then night shift didn’t even know she was in there. When we got there she was falling out of bed and crying. They stuck her in the room and forgot about her. The food they put on a dresser 20 ft away from her it was old leftovers from breakfast, she didn’t get there tell 5pm. She can’t get out of bed by herself and the call button was 15 ft from the bed. The room was old the paint pilling off the walls old furniture from whoever was in it last. She was only there to get her meds right, she wasn’t moving in. Don’t let iph home health put your loved ones in there because they don’t care its all about the pay check.
