This community is not only luxurious and beautiful it’s clean and the staff here just make you feel welcome right away. I’ve been in the senior living industry for many years and am so impressed with this place… Im so ready to move in myself! Parker Mayland is the go to guy for all the details about getting on the wait list here and I highly recommend you tour and check out all the great options for you or your loved one wanting a vibrant and purposed filled forever home! My mother has been in the Memory Care unit of Sage Springs for the past 3 years. She receives excellent care and the staff is friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Volante Sage Springs!
Unprofessional! I applied here and had an interview. During the interview I was offered a position, had my drivers license and social security scanned, and was told I would be given a start date soon. They then ghost me for multiple weeks, so I reached out to them asking when I could start. They said they don’t know who I met with but they don’t remember any of that. I came in for ANOTHER interview where I met with a new person, Bianca. She was incredibly rude. She then rejected my application after a 5 minute conversation. This place wasted my time, energy, and money. This was the worst hiring experience I’ve ever had and I want to know what happened with my personal and confidential information. If I don’t have a job there why do you need my social security?! The directors here can’t even communicate when they hire someone. Completely unprofessional!
My mother is a resident here and over the last several weeks I have noticed things about this place that just irk me. The ant problem became a huge concern when I noticed them in her room, bathroom, and even in the main areas. Whenever I would bring this problem up, it was almost met with “we’re working on it” this went on for weeks. When it comes to the staff, the medicine technicians, caregivers, and wait staff are amazing. However anytime you talk to someone higher up, they’re rude and dismissive. Especially the concierge AMY. She is by far one of the rudest people I have ever met. She truly is in the wrong line of work. I have been looking for a different place for my mother, because I will no longer accept this type of treatment. Also, the only reason their reviews are so high, is because THE EMPLOYEES are the ones writing a majority of them.
