Hays Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located east of I-35, just north of the Central Texas Medical Center. We offer short-term and long-term Skilled Nursing Care and Physical Therapy services.
I’m a volunteer at Aspen Hospice and love to go into this home. It’s clean, the people are happy & having fun, and the residents are so fun! They love to do things and seem really close to the staff. I always come away from Hays having had a great time!
The staff was very engaged with us and rhe residents. Somebody had a birthday and they wheeled her around and everybody said happy birthday. Happy environment.
We’re happy that Hays Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has this new sign in process! We’ve had both our mother and father in law taken care of by their wonderful staff. Our mother in law was a permanent resident from April through the end of November after she passed! We were so pleased with her care and never had to worry about her well being! We’re so grateful that the staff have been so helpful, kind and caring for our father in law who has been coming back and forth to the center from May through October! We’re happy to be able to visit our loved one and to talk with the friendly and amazing staff!
Nice clean facility. Takes really great care of their patients.
The staff is so rude in person and on the phone. They do not take good care of the people there.
