I highly recommend The Fordham @ Harmony! Our 55+ community is located right off of Interstate 99 and Rayford Road which is easily accessible. We are nestled amid several restaurants, banks, workout facilities, grocery stores, plus so many other businesses.
My husband and I have been here for 1 year and just signed another lease. We are so grateful and appreciative for our seasoned community of neighbors.
Our quaint 2 bedroom apartment overlooks the pickle ball court and the beautiful and refreshing blue oasis of the pool. The atmosphere here is cozy and serene.
Never a dull moment here at The Fordham. Management plans an array of different activities and events throughout the week. It is such a blessing to partake in the many breakfasts and lunches that are catered for us.
The office personnel is friendly and helpful. Kristen, Luz and Johnny are more like family than our management team. Hospitality is a part of our heritage here at Fordham.

I want to take the time and share what a wonderful experience I encountered. My first impression was a lasting impression. I am very thankful for the remarkable interaction that I had with Luz. She has an Amazing gift of knowing how to provide a positive customer service experience. She was very professional in her presentation. I felt very welcomed when I was initially looking at the facility. She answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable and just overall proficient in her job. She is very qualified in her work and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. I am extremely appreciative that I had the opportunity of working with her. She truly sold me on Fordham At Harmony. I am not disappointed and you won’t be either.

My husband and I have recently become a member of this community. We met with Luz who shared all the details of living in this residence and then later handled the leasing and sharing the information we would need to move in. Luz is very thorough and the follow-up through texting and emails have been great. I highly recommend this residence and working with Luz Trigalet.
