Having lived here for 5 plus years we can honestly say that there is no better place to lease in Grapevine . It’s a secure building , has a parking garage , beautiful pool and courtyard, community room and poolside room that are beautiful. The best part of all is the office staff that are so attuned to the residents needs, wants and safety.The proximity to Main Street shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues are a definite plus.. Tho considered pricey by some apartments the old adage of “you get what you pay for” is applicable here.
So far fantastic. Everyone seems friendly and easy move in with their garage elevator.
