I had a contract for Berrett to come to my home and get rid of squirrels which to this day none found. Today the tech came out very friendly and placed a seal under the garage doors. Now the garage doors don’t lock, and I called the company, and the stupid answer was the seal needs wear and tear. How am I supposed to leave my garage door unlocked until it wears and tear? Customer service is rude and dumb and Chris constantly talking over me. I have to finish this contract since they were good enough to take $2K from me but can’t do the service correctly. She offered to come out next Wed, but I can’t just have my garage door unlocked until then. I have to get another company out here tomorrow. I rate this company 1 star. Not worth it.
I picked this service for my dad who is 80 years old because it had 5 stars and I work and take care of my grandson. Well when they came out to do the job ( which was about 2 thousand dollars ) they did NOT bring the right covering for all beds. Sprayed and left a bed half covered on beds because they had wring size and just left it like that.I had to call them to see about fixing that problem. And so they made an appointment to come back out 2 days later. Wellwhen 2 days came they never showed up or did I hear from them. On my break from work I called them and they told me I did not have an appointment but can have someone else out in 5 days. It was unexceptable and I needed to talk to a manager. My dad who is retired and sick pulled the money together and paid in full. So to me they just dont care and will take advantage of you!!!So they were already paid and refuse to get a manager. Finally after 20 minutes they pass me to a manager after attempting twice to reach one. The manager tried to tell me the coverings are not a big part of the job. I asked but they are part of the job and you all didn’t complete your job. I was on the phone with her anther 20 minutes and I explained to her. I picked this service because it was 5 stars now I didn’t get the 5 star treatment. What I got was 1 stars. You all got paid and do the want to complete your end and now I am hassling trying to get you all too your job. And this is not what I wanted to go thru. I wanted a hassle free job. I pay you come out do a 5 star job and we are happy. I wouldn’t recommend this place I should of shopped around and not went by the yelp! Lessoned learned. Well my dad still has bed bugs. Out of two thousand dollars…they said he had to pay another 2 thousand after 90 days. When they didn’t even do their part!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF ON SENIOR CITIZENS. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE !! IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY BY ALL.MEANS CALL BARRETT.
Have tried to cancel this service for four months and been promised refunds for every month they have charged me after calling. No redunds, and still getting charged.
I recently signed up for “General Pest Service” and I’m paying monthly, which is fine. I do like that Berrett comes out fast basically the next day service. However, my dissatisfaction is coming from when the same tech came has been out to my house TWICE and didn’t notice that we were having “carpenter ants infestation” and not just “regular ants infestation.” He showed a lack of knowledge about pests and appropriate service plans. He came sprayed and left without trying to take the time to see what type of ants we were experiencing. Tomorrow will be the third time. I have been considering changing my monthly pest control service to another company.
