Oak Ridge Alzheimer’s Special Care Center is located in Haltom City, Texas, a suburb of Fort Worth. We understand that those living with memory loss are still able to lead fulfilling lives. We work diligently every day to ensure that those in our care are able to experience love, laughter, comfort, and security.
As we are considering a place of care and continued support for Dad we were impressed with the sense of community represented here. It was beautiful and honored it’s residents respectfully as it appeared on our first visit. We would definitely make a second visit here when we are ready to make a commitment.
I just wanted to share on my experience with my Dad living at Oakridge. I gave it 5 stars because they deserve it. My dad was always cared for, When I had Questions they were there to help! Was going through stages of Dementia the staff was there to advise me and give me a hug. Just knowing they understood how I felt gave me comfort and when my Dad was passing they were a 10 star rating. They comforted me and advised me on steps to take and also gave me time after he passed to gather his belongings.
I have many friends that live and work there that I still will visit weekly.
