Joy of Life was amazing and made the passing of my grandmother as easy as possible. The nurses, Metta and Courtney, were wonderful, knowledgeable, and so very caring. They walked us through every step and we are so grateful. The CNA, Dakota, was gentle and kind and we could not have asked for a better team to help us through this. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
The care givers at Journey of Life are amazing. My mom was hospitilized and was supposed to hear from the hospital for home health care, no response, no call from Seton Medical in Round Rock. Seton Medical is horrible, but that is for another review . However, I called JOL and they responded the next day and visted my mom the same day and in two days she had her hospital bed, 2 nurses _ KUDDOS TO MARYANN & ANGELICA_ THE BEST NURSES EVER!! JOL made the adjustment and care for my mom easier and their support is AMAZING. Without JOL I don’t know how I would have managed. Thank you JOL!! Your the absoulte BEST!!
