Angela Jackson had the pleasure of meeting her today. What a wonderful person so blessed. With amazing people like her taking care of our loved ones. It’s a honor to meet her.
My husband was admitted to SilverTree after a stroke. Silver Tree has the best physical, speech, occupational therapist I’ve ever seen.
The nursing team is one of the best. They became our family. Kori, Mary Ann, Hanna, Donna, Jose, Simon, Lynette, and many others saw to it that my husband was cared for. This facility is all about patient care.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Silver Tree Nursing and Rehab! Kori, the administrator, truly stands out with her exceptional dedication and care. She consistently checks in on families, ensuring that everyone feels supported and informed. Her communication is top-notch; she’s always available and responsive, making a challenging time much easier to navigate. It’s clear that she’s deeply committed to both the residents and the staff. I highly recommend Silver Tree for anyone seeking quality care and a compassionate environment!
Where do I begin? Some of the staff at this place is fantastic, absolute angels. My sisters are more familiar with yalls names, but you know who you are. Thanks yall, yall deserve the best.
Now, my gripes. I’m not going to spend time talking about them being short staffed, long wait times etc. All of that is minor in my opinion. I want to talk about the withholding of comfort meds for a patient at the end of life. There are multiple staff members there who will withhold doctor ordered pain meds because of their own “professional” opinion. Like, seriously, what the hell is wrong with you? I don’t know what’s worse, watching my Mom die, or watching her care taker be willing to let her suffer because(and this is an exact quote) “I didn’t want her to die on my shift”. Well guess what Ma’am, she did die on your shift and I hope you got a lot of extra paperwork because of it. What kind of nurse denies pain meds to a hospice patient? You should be ashamed of yourselves! Don’t accept hospice patients if your staff isn’t willing to care for them. I guess yall gotta get your bag despite the human cost, huh?
My Mother was recently here for rehab. We had a great experience.Therapy was good. Everyone was caring and compassionate. She was able to Rehab back home. Thank you for your great service and bringing our rock back home.
