My sister has been at Lancaster for a week so far…. The new administrator Lillian has been so welcoming to her and comforting to me….. Before my sister got there she called introduced herself and told me if I needed anything to let her know…. My sister says everybody is so nice to her…. I worked at Lancaster nursing home thru agency during covid…. This nursing home has done a whole 360….. I was a cna 25 years I know the ins and outs of all different kinds of facilities…. I must say in this one week I am VERY SATISFIED
Doesn’t pay their bills. Called several times about a service that was provided over six months ago no one will take my call or return my call. If they can’t pay their bills why would anyone let a loved one go there smh
