Hate to leave negative reviews but it is what it is. Seemed like a great place at first. The banners outside say Luxury senior living. Not true in the slightest. There are a lot of people living here that are not seniors. The gates are frequently broken and repairs are not made promptly. Anyone can gain access. There is a brick fence that is being built excruciatingly slow. The bricks out front have been an eyesore for months. The hallways are an ugly, dirty concrete. They were supposed to have been tiled. The stairs are filthy. I’ve heard that some units have mice and mold. There are thefts. Guess there aren’t cameras. Power keeps going out. Maintenance is woefully understaffed. Filters are not changed as they should be. (Monthly) When your lease expires nothing has changed except a $100 or more rent increase. This not an income based apartment complex. There is a “rule ” that there is a 2 dog maximum and the weight limit is 35. That’s not true either.

The bricks are finally gone but the fence is still not complete.
The advertisements are FALSE. Not 55 and over. The renter nust be 55 and over, but anyone can live here. If you are looking for a 55 and over community, this is NOT it. The power goes out a lot in a particular section of the building. We have been treated very poorly in this regard. The power used to go out every once in a while. Now, it’s daily. We get excuses about things. Nothing gets done. The building is not compliant with the plans given to the city. This could have been a nice place to live. People move in and out a lot. That should tell you something. The property has gone downhill and the property management company seems to care less. Find a place that is established, clean, and is indeed 55 and over. The property is NOT secure.

I haven’t had any problems with anyone here office staff are very friendly always greeting you help you the best way they can I mind my own business . My only problem is they youngsters and elderly all drive to fast I still like it here.

Today is March8,2024 I got a notice on my door about items on my patio. The items listed are not on my patio. I have until March 10 to remove items that are not there. My chest is hurting because they put this notice on my door 10 minutes before the office closes. I live alone and don’t have any one to assist me. The staff act like prisoner’s guard no people skills. I think they are former TDC officers. I’m not feeling well. I can hardly breathe. I pray God deal with them according 🙏 to their hearts. There is nothing on my patio that is not patio friendly. This has caused me to have chest pain. Always something negative.

Do not park here if you are visiting a loving family member of your’s. They will tow you to the tune of $317.50. Sure, the gate is wide open and visitor parking is clearly marked. However, there are a couple of discreet signs along the way if you, or your loving family member, can actually read them or know to read them- there is certainly no notice in red or orange to indicate that you are about to get bent over a barrel. Also, no senior citizen I know, knows what a qr code is. Front office is indifferent and uninterested. This system is obviously designed to collect extra money and it is reprehensible
