Water off every other day no heat mice bugs urine in staircase huge bedbugs garbage area had wild animals around you need a gun just to dump your garbage cars are stolen from the $150 a month parking spots security cameras don’t work there is no on site manager at all they all quit good luck calling for a repair you have to repair your problem package are always stolen no one to complaint to its a dam shame i can’t wait until my lease is up im going to say this as big as the property is its 10% English. Speaking Americans can we say migrant take over I’ve had package stolen. So you would think nthe camera picked it up wrong there. Are show camera they don’t work RUN PEOPLE RUN FAST AND FAR FROM 299 SOUTH HARRISON ST its enough to make a self respecting person snap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why are you apologizing now with that being said you owe me 3 years of im sorry the staff you sent over now all they do is go in the room located by the mailbox and talk all day why they don’t mop the elevator or the hallway btw you can tell them who and what apt im in im paying money to live here so i don’t care who in they feelings point blank you the owner are taking money and don’t care its one bedroom apt in here with 5 working adults and they forcing people to live like them so don’t apologize address the issue now this past weekend we had no hot water sham co didn’t reach out to us plus they have 2 so called maintenance men who live on the property and they didn’t say anything it’s All about making you move out so they can rape the new tenant

  2. Firstly the complex is located in a quiet neighborhood and gives easy access to buses and train services. The complex and its surroundings are immaculately kept, quiet, and equipped with cameras and FOB access; which makes it a secure building to live in.

    The apartment itself is very spacious with beautiful floors, adequate lighting. All amenities are in usable condition. The additional amenities such as the gym, is equipped with up-to-date equipments and it is kept very clean. The onsite laundry room, though it is a welcome addition, is not always functioning as should.

    Part of the joy of living here is knowing that the onsite staff values your concerns and make the effort to address issues in a timely manner. The maintenance team is prompt when dealing with maintenance issues; and the property manager (SB) and the Super (Mr. H.) provides good customer service. They are accommodating, informative, and accessible within reason.

    Having said this, some of the issues I have experience here, which are a bit undesirable is: the lack of heat in the colder part of the year, the lack of hot water in the early mornings and the nightly dirty bush marijuana scent that wafts through the vents in my bedroom, making it impossible to sleep in the room for days on end. ( not sure how this one can be addressed)since a no smoking in apartment might be hard to enforce.

    Though there is room for improvement . All in all, I think this is a nice place to live.

  3. I’ve been living here for over a decade and me and my family have been safe and well taken care of by the staff here. The ownership and management acknowledge the seasons and the holidays with them based decorations and events. The gym is great, I’m writing this review in the gym. The gym has new equipment and a new bathroom and water fountain. I am truly thankful that we found this place to call home, living here has been a blessing. I’ve love my neighbors and I love the neighborhood.
