Aloha Independent Living Hawaii is a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide independent living programs and services for persons with disabilities in Hawaii. We are currently the only statewide provider for Independent Living Services and Programs in the State of Hawaii.
AILH was founded by a group of experienced, committed and dedicated professionals who wanted to give persons with disabilities in Hawaii the choice of where to receive independent living services.
Spoke on the phone with the receptionist and she was extremely unprofessional. I was calling to learn more information about their services was so rude to the point where I was speechless. Will never be calling again.
Just finished speaking to the receptionist at this facility, I am a disabled person and was very surprised to find how rude and inconsiderate this person was towards the end of the conversation I was having problems trying to speak to her and she simply just hung up the phone this is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to anyone who is disabled
