Alliance is ridiculous insurance money spent for whatever reason I don’t know the phone recordings don’t work and can’t locate anyone on your case or whoever else that’s getting pd for no reason-very frustrated w/all their lies and inconsideration of and for others
wow too many negative experiences to tell them all…ranging from myself to my kids. Don’t send your kids to none of their groups homes b/c once you file a complaint, they cover up stuff and ignore your concerns about the facilities; they will discharge ya kid who never got the proper help(retaliation), you have to chase their therapists; crises line comes up with excuses saying it’ll take X amount of time to get to ya; I had a daughter whose therapist dismissed her b/c she wouldn’t open up to her; I had some therapists who said they felt like they didn’t help me….SI rates going up, ppl getting money for services not even rendered, like ya better find ya own coping skills and group….
They work hard to try and locate the answers you’re looking for, even when you don’t have Medicaid or any money at all. I was in my car, homeless with my dog. They finally helped me find a place in Orange county I could go. That Alliance Health man knew I didn’t have any Medicaid when I started talking to him at the Inter Faith Council in Carrboro but he helped me anyway. I don’t forget people that treat me like a human being, I won’t forget him or that company.
It is a crime that they claim to help people. I have called countless times. Each person I am in contact with promises to call me back with the information I’m needing and not one person has. Not ONE— Including supervisors who I’ve been shuffled to when their underlings don’t call back. I’ve filed a grievance. No one has called me about that either. I am in desperate need of help for my daughter and I’ve learned from Alliance that I am alone in this. It’s worse than not ever being offered help in the first place.
