Don’t bring your loved ones here. This place needs to be reported and shut down. Negligent, unclean, uncaring staff for residents, the list goes on. Definitely looking into reporting this facility and administration for the lack of care my loved one receives.
That reply seems so automated. How can you investigate and you’ve asked no questions? You all clearly don’t care about the safety and well being of these patients and that’s the only thing thats clear. Shame on you for that response knowing you all aren’t trying to really help these people and actively neglecting them. Just remember, one day it may be you in need.
Update: THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I don’t know how this place is still allowed to operate. The staff is so uncaring and stand offish. Still unclean and the residents are so unhappy.

gods waiting room I was brought here for rehab and my condition did not progress only worsened low budget meals consist of canned and frozen prepared entries busy body social worker who was always show up at the wrong time would not recommend
