Terrible place and staff! One of the employee’s here named Leonela Silva shoved my father and I without an apology. She continued to be rude after the fact. I have reached out to the facility and am awaiting a response. I hope to not see her there again and that she doesn’t treat others the same
The staff works really hard to provide the best care to the patients. I applaud them for handling every patient with utmost care.
Please avoid stepping foot into this “healthcare and wellness” center at all costs. The negative reviews are all true and not at all an exaggeration. I submit this review in hopes you and your loved ones are spared of enduring the same, and pray this establishment is brought up to par.
If you are looking to recover and need help don’t come here this place is horrible!!! if you like being ignored definitely the place to be, with the exception of a male Nigerian CNA and 2 female CNA they were wonderful. I left after being there less than 1 week it was just that baddddd.
