Worst service of any USPS office I’ve seen, very long lines that take forever. I dropped off a return package, it took more than 2 weeks till this package was out of this office to the next USPS station! I am dealing with a late return issue now because its been STUCK in this office for two weeks!

The service here is terrible, with extremely long wait times. To make matters worse, the mail delivery service in the Hawthorne area is equally appalling. Despite the tracking showing that a package is scheduled for a specific day, it consistently arrives late. It’s as if they have no regard for the tracking information.
Lost my package here of $100+ No customer service works no refund. Horrible

Came to leave a review and see i already did before. Absolutely horrible post office. They don’t care and very unprofessional staff. They don’t deliver pacakages but mark it as delivered or no access to the building. Waiting for days to get my packages been coming here since Tuesday and they say its on the truck but the truck comes and doesn’t even stop by. What an absolute mess! They only gave me some and told me to wait for the rest today smh.
