My mother started in their assisted living facility and then had to move into their memory care unit. My parents had lived in two other facilities previously (with Dad being in another memory care unit). I can definitely say that this is the best memory care unit in town. I dropped in for my visits at various times with my rotating schedule. Every time I entered, the staff was truly caring for each person and trying to meet their needs. The administrators were always available if I had questions. The doctors were struggling to diagnose Mom even after a 12-day hospital stay. Her needs were constantly changing. The staff worked with me at ever stage of her stay. The setting was always positive and upbeat despite the dementia/Alzheiemer’s diagnosis of the patients. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and administrators.
My loved one enjoys the facility. The staff’s interaction with her is very positive. She’s become more active and has made new friends.
