  1. I transported a Chirch Member here from Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is Legally Blind. Upon entering the Facility I told her how clean, newly painted, and how Good it Spelled. The Facility and Staff was Welcoming, Friendly, Polite, and Professional.

  2. Very efficient and professional. Always asking how they help if needed. The staff is dedicated to getting residents better and back home. While one stay is enough, it’s great to know that this place exists if needed.

  3. Thank you too the friendly staff fir caring fir my father, for b being on point with getting him the care he needed I want to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart it is greatly appreciated, well staffed too thank you a million button.

  4. My mother in law was there for rehab 2 weeks ago. At first, we all loved the place & she said the food was good & the physical therapy she was there for was great. Then, she was told she had covid, which she did not have because she sent to the ER for lethargy. The ER tested her & she did NOT have Covid. What she did have was a blood sugar of 37! This woman is diabetic & her blood sugar normally runs around 200. We saw her on Monday & she was fine. On Wednesday night, she was in the ER. We feel that there was some sort of medication error that may have caused her to go back into the hospital.
