Their delivery drivers are lazy and will not attempt to delivery packages or envelopes to your door if you live in an apartment. They will instead leave a notice in your mailbox and say they attempted to delivery but no secure location is available, which means you have to go to the post office to pick it up yourself. The manager Zachary Adams doesn’t do a good job at following up with your case. He doesn’t reply to emails or even answer your calls.
