The management is very responsive to the needs of the residents. They were very receptive to a very small matter that meant a lot to a resident who lives there.
Grossmont Gardens provided my Brother-In-law a safe, comfortable, and caring environment in which to live the final chapter of his life. The facility is very well maintained and kept very clean. The staff is respectful and warm with the residents. It is a great place for both active seniors or those who need a little more care.
We have seen many facilities and have seen the quality of care in each bldg in this county. I can personally say that the communication here with the family and their partners are on point. Their staff works hard to provide care for their residents. Memory care patients can vary from day to day. The falls do happen, they can show aggression on rough days, the important thing is the staff is able to provide this care that they need. The staff is amazing at communicating and don’t drop the ball. I am thankful for the staff here at Grossmont Gardens for being so patient and amazing to their residents.
