Kristina is an incredible person and an expert in her field! She was there for me and my family in and incredibly difficult time. She advocated for my Dad when he was in the ER and assisted me and my Mom with his transition into a 24 hour care facility. I don’t know what we would have done without her help! I highly recommend working with Kristina. She is compassionate and truly committed to helping you find the best possible care for your loved ones!
I first got to know Kristina about 6-7 years ago when I began attending an Alzheimer’s caregiver support group so when I was told that my husband required 24/7 care, I did not hesitate. Our kids were very impressed as she worked with us to find their dad a place that could provide the 24 hour awake care he required. We are fortunate to have an LTC policy and she made sure that everyplace she suggested would provide the care within what the policy provides. She was everything and more than what I had come to expect.
If I could give 50 stars I would. I was at a loss with what to do with my mother in her late stages of Alzheimer’s when she took a decline for the worse and her husband was unable to care for her. Through information provided by the County of Placer’s Seniors First program, I was referred to Silver Pathways. Kristina was a Godsend and it wasn’t more than 1 1/2 weeks after our initial assessment that my mother was in a Board & Care getting the treatment she needs and deserves. Kristina is exceptionally skilled at what she does and will jump through all the hoops for you as your partner until the end. She is caring, dependable, has connections, and works around the clock. If you need help, definitely give her a call, don’t delay!!
My husband is rapidly declining from Parkinson’s disease. He had been transferred from a hospital to a skilled nursing facility which was neglecting his needs, actually creating a dangerous environment for him. Kristina rearranged her schedule to meet my urgent request for an evaluation and he is now in a board and care where he is safe and comfortable. Thank you Kristina!
