Franciscan Post-Acute Care Center is a 68-bed skilled nursing facility located in the beautiful town of Merced. We provide 24/7 skilled nursing care in a small and warm environment for residents in need of short-term rehabilitation. Our seasoned staff at Franciscan Health Care provides state-of-the-art physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
My mother was at Franciscan for a couple of weeks and received the best care while there. The staff were very attentive and were very patient while she recovered. From the business office to the nurses, all made this difficult time much more bearable.
I spent several days here after a fall caused two breaks in my left femur. I had terrific care from the entire nursing staff. They were efficient and prompt despite being short handed. My shout out would be to their physical therapy team(Devon and Jerrell) who worked hard to get me back into condition to make the seven hour journey home
