Regarding calling this facility after office hours, the lady who answered the call was so rude and not hlpful.
I highly recommend this place if you or your loved ones need a skilled nursing facility.
I have been at Mountain View location about a month. There are 4 stations and I am at station 4. I can only speak for my station.
There are many things happening day and night. It needs improvement on different area since there is no perfect place. On the other hand, employees work very hard and try their best. Among those employees I want to especially recognize following persons; Thanh Tran RN, Thu Pham RN, Oralia Pizarl CNA, and Carmen Zamora CNA, Ricardo Soto CNA, and Isabel Pino housekeeper.
I want to add more comments today because I realize that therapists worked very hard and they are one of the BEST!!!
Employees are very dedicated, proactive, and goes beyond than their job expectations since they are under Michael Lee’s excellent leadership. Mr. Lee has great communication skills.
He knows when to apologize and when to say thank you.
