Asked if I could talk to someone outside of this town to apply for SSI for my kids. I’m tired of having issues with this town so at bare minimum it’d be nice to talk to someone else who doesn’t reside in Needles. She immediately said she can’t help me and she would get a supervisor. I said that’s not what I asked. I’m just wondering if it’s possible to talk to anyone who lives in a different city. I guess I won’t be applying for disability while I’m here then if it’s impossible to talk to someone from a different city. Trust me, if I had a way to move so I didn’t have to deal with this town at all, I surely would.
Everyone here is so incredibly nice. I drove down from Vegas because I needed an appointment quicker than I could get in Vegas. But the process was so smooth and everyone is so kind, especially compared to the bad attitudes I got in the Vegas offices. Definitely worth the drive for me.
I had the great pleasure to work with Lorie today. She helped me and my husband through our unique situation with grace, patience, and understanding. I felt heard and validated, and the problem was solved efficiently and swiftly. Best experience at Social Security I’ve ever had! Also want to add that the security guard is always pleasant and friendly every time we’ve been here! Thank you so much Needles SS Staff! You all were a blessing to us today!
