Just wondering if anyone would like to justify this apartment complex I searched family Stone apartment complex and fairway apartments came up, I get they both start with an f and an a but that’s where the similarities end
I can confirm what other reviews have said, the laundry rooms and trash are very gross. There are cockroaches on / in the machines and in the apartments too. One of the parking areas has been turned into a property trash hoarding / dump site , with lots of discarded furniture, appliances, and material from renovations. Tenants also have hoarding situations in their backyards and on the balconies, which are an eyesore. I wish I could move out but I literally just moved in and can’t. There are also a questionable number of adults living in some of the apartment units. They definitely don’t all have parking spots and park in front of the doors all the time.
I am a current resident. The maintenance and amenities is subpar. They recently built a fence around the trash bins located on the west end of the complex, but the dumping issue persist. The recycle bin is frequently contaminated with landfill, so Marin Recycling won’t empty out the bin and stays that way for weeks. The stench is unbearable on hot days. The laundry rooms are just as dirty. Often times, there are clothes left inside the washing machines for days. It makes me wonder if there are non-residents using the laundry rooms who don’t care about keeping the place clean. Also, not everyone gets assigned parking. You’ll be lucky if you are assigned a carport. If not, you’ll have to try your luck and get a visitor parking spot located on the west end of the complex. There are large shipping containers taking up several spaces, and a construction fence taking up half of the parking lot, so Good Luck. The biggest issue is the lack of communication. The on-site leasing office is usually closed, and no one calls you back or responds to your emails.
